Background

Following the success of the course "Molecular Diagnostics, Genomics in Breast Cancer 2021", which had more than 2200 registrations and 700 participants connected live from more than 100 countries, SPCC is pleased to propose a second edition in 2023 focusing on: 

  • Breast Cancer: pathology, molecular and multigene testing, clinical decision making with tests and clinical case discussion
  • Other Cancers: markers for tailored treatment and clinical discussion on applicability and guidance from experts with live audience discussion

Learning Objectives

  • Improving care for patients with breast and other cancers
  • Discussing recent updates in molecular diagnostics in breast and other cancers
  • Practicing thanks to case discussions with experts

Target Group

Geneticists - Pathologists - Clinical Oncologists - Medical Oncologists - Haemato-Oncologists - Surgeons - Nurses - Patient Advocates – Radiologists – Epidemiologists - Molecular Biologists

Course Format

The course, consisting of 2 consecutive days of live sessions, will be held online with the participation of world-renowned experts.
It will be free of charge and can be accessed by registering on SPCC's OncoCorner e-learning platform. The material will remain available on-demand.

CME Accreditation and Certificates

Application for CME accreditation has been submitted to the Accreditation Council of Oncology in Europe (ACOE).

Participants will be issued a certificate of attendance (minimum attendance: 75% of the entire course). An online evaluation questionnaire and learning assessment test will need to be completed in order to get the certificate that will be issued by email.
