Overview
SPCC is organising a live, in-person symposium entitled “Improving outcomes in MEC: clinical evidence, trial insights and the patient perspective”, which took place during the MASCC/ISOO 2026 Annual Meeting in Melbourne, Australia (June 25-27, 2026).
This symposium will convene leading experts to explore the current landscape and unmet needs in MEC management, discuss insights from recent clinical trials on risk assessment, and highlight the patient experience through real-world perspectives.
The session is intended for a multidisciplinary audience — including clinicians, nurses, researchers, and patient advocates — and aims to address persistent gaps in current practice by offering updated, evidence-based insights.
The symposium recording and the related on-demand materials will subsequently be made available via OncoCorner, SPCC’s e-learning platform.
